UX/UI Designer Sept 2019 - Present

Deployed to Seventh Sense AI Pte. Ltd., and solely responsible to create their products’ interfaces and optimise the user experience. Projects include, but are not limited to, working with Ministry of Defense to  design a Command & Control system, the interface for the portable and body-worn facial recognition system, and a mobile application for enrolment of persons of interest.

Also designed the interface for an AI-driven, temperature and face scanning tablet application, as part of the company’s response to battle the COVID-19 pandemic. The application helped with contact tracing and is deployed in malls, private buildings, and bus depots around Singapore.

Interaction Designer May 2018 - April 2019

Developed methodologies and tools to transform businesses through technology. These methodologies were used to help empower the business and their employees, upgrade their tools, and improve their processes to deliver their products efficiently. Created high fidelity mockups and prototypes using the defined design system that had been developed by designers in the team.

Application Engineer - Frontend / UX Apr 2012 - April 2018

Lead the user experience strategy for multiple projects by designing interactions and experiences from low fidelity sketches to high fidelity mockups. Conducted researches on latest trends in mobile and in web design patterns and implementation of e-commerce websites. Implemented the approved designs using front-end development tools and initiated the gamification design.
